Our shop is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00PM. We are closed on Sundays.

Yes, we offer three distinct service levels designed to cater to the unique needs of your vehicle:

Express Service:

Perfect for older vehicles or those simply needing a quick refresh, our Express Service focuses on the essentials. It includes an engine oil and filter change, along with a thorough safety inspection to ensure your car remains roadworthy.

Plus Service:

Ideal for vehicles that have just finished their warranty period or are in the mid-life cycle, our Plus Service provides comprehensive care. In addition to an oil and filter change, it includes a complete computer scan using our advanced diagnostic tools. This allows us to identify and address any potential electronic issues before they become major problems, keeping your car running smoothly and reliably.

Pro Service:

Designed for newer vehicles still under warranty, our Pro Service adheres to the highest standards. It includes a comprehensive service following manufacturer guidelines, ensuring your warranty remains valid. Plus, you'll receive a complimentary computer scan for added peace of mind.

Yes, we offer a few options to help you get around while your vehicle is with us:

Loan Cars:

We have a selection of small loan cars available. However, availability can vary, so please contact us for the latest information. To use a loan car, you'll need to complete a form, provide a valid driver's license, and ensure the car has $5 worth of fuel before returning it. Due to high demand, loan cars must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Please call us at (03) 9462 4400 to check availability and make a reservation. 

Uber for Plus and Pro Service:

For customers who book our Plus or Pro Service, we offer a courtesy Uber ride. We'll arrange the ride for you through our Uber for Business dashboard and cover a portion of your fare:

Plus Service: We cover up to $15 of your fare.
Pro Service: We cover up to $20 of your fare.
Just let our service advisor know where you need to go, and we'll take care of the rest. Any amount exceeding the covered fare will be your responsibility.

*Our Express Service is designed to be quick and efficient, focusing on essential maintenance.  Due to the shorter service time, loan cars and Uber coverage are not available for this service level.
